1. 非医疗诊断：本应用是一款旨在通过物理干预缓解乘车眩晕不适的健康辅助工具，不是医疗设备，亦不提供任何医疗诊断、预防或治疗建议。 若您有严重的运动病、前庭平衡功能失调或其他身体不适，请务必咨询专业医生。

2. 驾驶员禁用警告：本应用仅供乘车、乘船或乘机的“乘客”使用。 任何处于驾驶、操作重型机械、或进行需要高度集中注意力的活动状态的人员，严禁使用本应用。因违反本条规定导致的一切事故，本应用概不承担任何法律责任。

1. Non-Medical Device: This App is a wellness and auxiliary training tool designed to alleviate motion discomfort through physical intervention. It is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you suffer from severe kinetosis or vestibular disorders, consult a professional physician.

2. No-Driver Warning: This App is strictly for PASSENGERS only. Anyone driving, operating heavy machinery, or engaging in activities requiring full attention must NOT use the App. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries resulting from improper use while operating a vehicle.

2. 协议的接受与授权范围

下载、安装并使用 KineEase（“本应用”），即表示您已阅读并同意接受本用户协议。我们授予您一项个人的、非排他性的、不可转让的、非商业用途的本地软件授权许可，用以在您的 iOS 设备上运行本应用。

2. Acceptance of Terms & License

By downloading, installing, and using KineEase (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial license to run the App locally on your authorized iOS devices.

3. 本地化付费与订阅服务

本应用的部分高级功能（如跨设备同步边框、高级空间音效、高精度重力迷宫等）属于付费增值服务。本应用的内购服务均通过苹果 App Store 进行结算：

内购由苹果应用商店处理，适用《App Store 法律条款》。
如需申请退款、修改订阅计划或管理账单，请直接在您的 Apple ID 账户中操作，本应用开发者无权直接介入苹果交易系统的资金退赔。

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Certain premium features (e.g., cross-device syncing, advanced spatial audio, physics interactive modules) require in-app purchases. All financial transactions are processed securely via Apple's App Store:

Purchases are processed by the App Store and governed by Apple's App Store Terms.
To request refunds, manage subscriptions, or update billing, please manage these within your Apple ID settings. The developer cannot directly access, modify, or refund App Store transactions.

4. 免责声明与有限责任

在法律允许的最大范围内，本应用以“现状”及“现有可用性”提供，不带有任何形式的明示或暗示保证。

本应用完全基于本地硬件传感器（加速度计和陀螺仪）运行。由于车辆底盘调教、路面复杂情况、设备校准状态以及个体前庭系统的物理差异，本应用无法对防晕车效果作出100%的有效性承诺。 本应用开发者不承担由于产品防晕车未达预期或因用户使用本产品而产生的直接或间接损失。

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The App operates entirely on your local hardware sensors. Due to vehicle characteristics, unpredictable road conditions, device calibration, and individual vestibular system variations, we cannot guarantee 100% effectiveness in preventing motion sickness. The developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from ineffective results or use of the App.

5. 适用法律与争议解决

本协议的成立、生效、履行和解释均适用中华人民共和国法律（不包括冲突法）。因本协议或使用本应用引起的任何争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方有权提交至本应用开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The establishment, validity, performance, and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (without regard to conflict of laws). Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through friendly consultation; failing which, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court located in the developer’s region.
