KineEase（以下简称“本应用”）是一款注重用户隐私的辅助工具。我们坚信您的个人数据属于您自己。本应用采用“纯本地运行”架构，不设任何外部云服务器。 我们不会收集、存储或向任何第三方上传您的任何个人隐私数据。

1. Our Commitment to Privacy

KineEase (hereinafter referred to as "the App") is an auxiliary tool dedicated to protecting user privacy. We firmly believe that your personal data belongs to you. The App adopts a "fully local" architecture and does not operate any external cloud servers. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal privacy data to any third party.

2. 本地设备权限与数据处理

为了实现防晕车和体感互动功能，本应用在运行期间会申请以下设备权限，所有数据均在您的设备本地（On-Device）实时处理，绝不外泄：

  • 运动传感器 (CoreMotion)：读取设备的加速度、陀螺仪与姿态数据，用于计算车辆运动并实时调整 3D 音频相位与流体动效。该数据在内存中即时计算，绝不保留或上传。
  • 地理位置 (CoreLocation)：用于测算车速以触发路况预警。定位信息仅在本地调用，不进行任何轨迹记录或位置上传。
  • 麦克风权限 (AVFoundation)：用于实时分析舱内噪声频段以合成抗共振白噪音。音频流仅在本地实时分析并即刻销毁，绝对不会录音或上传。
  • 相机权限 (AVFoundation/ARKit)：仅在您主动开启“AR虚拟视窗”时，作为背景透视道路。App 绝不拍摄、保存或传输任何照片和视频。

2. Device Permissions & Local Processing

To enable motion-sickness prevention and sensory interactive features, the App requests the following permissions. All data is processed in real-time strictly on your local device (On-Device) and is never transmitted:

  • Motion Sensors (CoreMotion): Reads accelerometer, gyroscope, and attitude data to calculate vehicle motion and adjust 3D audio phase and fluid animations. Data is processed instantly in memory, and never stored or uploaded.
  • Location Services (CoreLocation): Used to calculate vehicle speed for route warnings. Location data is processed locally and never logged or transmitted.
  • Microphone (AVFoundation): Used locally to analyze cabin noise frequencies to synthesize anti-resonance masking audio. Audio is analyzed in real-time and immediately discarded; we never record or upload audio.
  • Camera (AVFoundation/ARKit): Used solely as a transparent background when you enable the "AR Horizon" mode. The App never captures, saves, or transmits any photos or videos.

3. 第三方服务与本地存储

本应用依靠苹果官方的原生系统框架提供部分基础服务：

  • iCloud 备份与同步：您的本地设置与使用记录存储在本地数据库中，如果您开启了 iCloud，系统会通过苹果提供的私有 CloudKit 容器进行设备间同步，我们无法访问任何同步数据。
  • App 内购买 (StoreKit 2)：所有的内购交易直接通过苹果应用商店进行。交易凭证由苹果系统在本地完成校验，我们不收集您的支付信息、真实姓名或银行卡号。

3. Third-Party Services & Local Storage

The App relies on native Apple system frameworks for essential services:

  • iCloud Backup & Sync: Your local settings and usage history are stored in a local database. If iCloud is enabled, Apple’s private CloudKit container syncs this across your devices; we have no access to this data.
  • In-App Purchases (StoreKit 2): All transactions are processed directly via Apple's App Store. Purchase validation is performed locally by Apple's system; we do not collect your billing details, real name, or payment cards.

4. 儿童隐私

本应用内置的体感交互练习（惯性物理游戏）适合儿童在家长陪同下使用。由于本应用完全不收集、不请求也不上传任何个人信息，因此完全符合全球针对儿童隐私保护的法律法规（如 COPPA）。

4. Children's Privacy

The App's built-in interactive sensory module (inertia physics game) is safe for children under parental guidance. Because the App does not collect, request, or upload any personal information, it is fully compliant with global children’s privacy regulations (such as COPPA).
